    Upgrade to 13.10 stopped

I'm upgrading from 13.04 with an USB drive live boot and I get an error message:
WARNING:root:can't add libavutil-extra-51 (pkg libavutil-extra-51 not marked upgrade)
    What should I do?

I'd advise you do a fresh installation. Clearing the previous Ubuntu installation.

I did it. I chose reinstall 13.10, but it's taking forever! I don't know if this is normal now, usually takes less tan 20 minutes to install and keep working.
