Where did ia32-libs go in Ubuntu 13.10?

I'm trying to install the ia32-libs multi arch support in Ubuntu 13.10..

And if I try install deb file where it is required there is always some dependency missing…

How do I install ia32-libs in Ubuntu 13.10? Could someone post a nice walk through
from the Command Line for me to try in terminal?

When I try to install ia32-libs from the command line it tells me that the package has been deprecated.

Thank you for your help with this issue!

ia-32-libs aren't available for saucy, the package is still available for Raring. If you want to check the dependencies, go to packages.ubuntu.com, and search for ia32-libs.
