I have CS:GO installed using playonlinux. Every time I launch it it gives me a message saying that my graphics card cannot support it. Keep in mind that I can run this game on my windows computer on full graphics.

Are you running AMD's propriety driver or the open source driver? AMD graphic cards tend to not work for Linux (especially the newer ones), mostly because AMD won't bother maintaining their Linux drivers regularly.
