Is it better to get a larger, single SSD drive or 2 smaller ssd drives?

I'm looking into the Galago. I don't need much storage (250-500 GB). If privacy is my primary concern (I will be running truecrypt) should I have at least two ssd's or will one suffice?

I really depends on how you want to manage your system. It is simpler to just have a single drive with a single partition that holds all of your files but having a separate drive for the home directory so that you can do whatever you want with the OS without effecting your home.

From a privacy standpoint, it makes no difference at all.

Having a single, large drive (with a single, large partition) is by far the simplest setup to manage, and short of distro-hopping you'll still be able to upgrade/install from the live disk without erasing your home folder.
