    Frustrated with horrible graphics performance

I have an Acer ultrabook with pretty decent specs. Running 13.04 however causes tremendous lag as though I was using hardware from the early 90's. I have installed the Intel graphics manager for Linux but no luck. Every window takes ten seconds to minimize.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello!

"Pretty good specs" doesn't give us much to go on. Could you give a little more detail?

    Thanks.

I'm not familiar with that. Link?

Actually, it would be better if you just pastebin'd your whole /var/log/Xorg.0.log file...

kostkon, I know about those intel driver bundles all too well (seen too many n00bs bork their system with them). :\
I was thinking maybe graphics "manager" was some sort of utility to control DRI settings, like driconf, but you're probably right.
