    Unable to make clone image for ubuntu 12.04

    Hi,

    I installed ubuntu 12.04 along with supported applications in my one desktop and one laptop. i have another similar model of desktops and laptops. how can i take the clone image from my installed desktop and laptop and transfer to another same model of desktop and same model of laptop without installing.

    Please help.

    There are options like Clonezilla, Gparted, DD.

    You can also make a copy of your installed packages and just add them to a new install with Synaptic Package manager.

    In terminal:
