Printing the wrong shades of colour

    Good morning all

I have a HP Laserjet 100 Colour MFP M175a, Ubuntu 12.04 with all the latest updates . The printer works ok apart from....

I am printing graphics from Scribus but when it come out the orange (main colour) is almost brown. I had 2 other printers that i used before one died and they printed perfectly.

I was wondering if there was ant way to see the hex code thats being sent to the printer and compare it to the hex code for the original picture, or if there is a fault with the printer or something else i havent thought of, which is likely lol.

So geniuses of the forums can you please help me?

    Update.
It seems the colour we chose to print in is 'outside the gamut' of the printer. if that helps anyone

    many thanks
