    Red face gDesklets

How do u install and configure gDesklets in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS?

I'm using Gnome Cairo Dock in my laptop, it works good except there is no time or clock available on the Cairo Dock. So I looked up the website to find an answer, and they recommend using gDesklets (?¿). Anyway after downloading the thing, I get a compressed package (which opens up when u click it) and I have no idea on where everything should go- i.e. it doesn't install automatically.

    Thanks for your support.

Desklets and Screenlets are in the software center . As I remember additional widgets were extracted and imported into both applications . I liked Screenlets better of the two. If want a round analog clock Cairo Clock is also in the software center. Additional widgets for all three are available @ gnome look.

That's weird, I'm using Cairo-Dock 3.2.1 and I have a clock available. See below. You can even detach it so it acts like Cairo-Clock. I'm pretty sure I didn't add it later, but you might right click Cairo-Dock & go to Preferences & try clicking on More Applets & see if it shows up there.
