Yes, a Windows question but most of us Linux users have to tolerate MS every so often so here is my question as I need to help a friend out.
Does anyone know if windows is capable of resuming a download that has failed.
I have tried WinWget and some wget.exe file that is run from the folder containing the partial download.
Both give errors if the -c option is set but can, or course, start all over again.
