Posting guidelines?

I was given the following by a moderator but never got an answer back as to where I find these. I checked the forum rules of conduct and saw nothing there.

You'll find that is old news - the bump rule changed in Posting Guidelines.

Can someone point me to those guidelines as I must be searching incorrectly or something?

# 14: Bumping your thread if you receive no answer is acceptable. Premature and excessive bumping could attract staff attention and action. If you wish to bump, consider time zones - the one with your answer might be asleep. Bumping your post means it will not appear in the unanswered posts search and will escape the notice of the Unanswered Posts Team.

Thanks very much! Now I can read those to be sure I'm following the rules. Years ago I remember seeing them, but I couldn't remember where, and obviously they've changed.
