I accidently deleted the files on my system reserved partition

I was running Ubuntu off a usb stick and have never really used it before. I accidently deleted the files from my system reserved partition and now windows 7 professional won't load. I tried fixing it by using my system recovery disc and clicking on fix startup problems. Any help to fix this would be appreciated.

You may need to backup important files and reinstall. Can your recovery disk do that?

You have to run startup repair three times to restore all the boot loader files. IF you've only run it once, you have to run it twice more.

From a Windows repair disc? No, just a few seconds, normally.
