Unity Tweak Tool Not Tweaking Unity? [Sassy]

Hello, so I installed compiz-fusion to add effects to ubuntu as I always have, but now in 13.10 I don't really need it and its too buggy anyways, so I uninstalled it and wanted to just use Unity Tweak to change settings in Unity. Everything works, changing themes, icons, fonts everything but actually changing Unity (Launcher, search, panel) What might be the problem, I reinstalled Unity and set it to defaults liek 3 times, it changed it to defaults but isn't changeable.

    THANKS!

Is Unity the problem? Unity is a Compiz plugin. You have installed Compiz Fusion and now you have uninstalled it. Perhaps you need to re-install Compiz. Or at least start with the Compiz defaults.
