Update to 13.04 removes kdm and can't install

I upgraded my system to 13.04 and it removed kdm and I can't install it. When I try to install, it says it must remove kde-full plus all the rest of kde. This can't be right. What am I missing?

LightDM became the default desktop manager in Kubuntu 12.10. A few searches will bring up methods to replace it with KDM if you want.

Thanks. I upgraded from 12.04 to 12.10 then to 13.04 in one day without using 12.10 so I didn't realize this.
