No, it appears to only infect Windows
From the MS threat encyclopedia:
... [Win32/Rammit] infects Windows executable files and HTML files, and drops and loads other malware, which may be detected as Trojan:Win32/Ramnit.D.
When run, Win32/Ramnit copies itself using a hard-coded name or, in some cases, with a random file name to a random folder, for example:
- %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft\watermark.exe
- %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft\desktoplayer.exe
- %ProgramFiles%\blvvcvww\jonimvgn.exe
