    Question save deb packages from SoftwareCenter

    How can i save softwares from Software Center to install them later without internet connection?

    When you install an app from Ubuntu Software Center, it downloads the DEB packages and dependencies and caches them in /var/cache/apt/archives. So I think you can backup these DEB packages and later install them offline. Via: http://ubuntuhandbook.org/index.php/...ing-apt-cache/

    Buntu Bunny gave you the most popular answer. I been using synaptic package manager for years, it has many uses. And nothing wrong with Keryx. If you want more reading on the subject, check here.
