That means those PPAs are no longer used. Proceed to removing them:

cd /etc/apt/sources.list.d
rm ubuntu-wine-ppa-natty.list
rm ubuntu-wine-ppa-oneiric.list
rm ubuntu-wine-ppa-precise.list
