My Old Account Is Missing

I was told to post here about my old account. When I tried to log in with the SSO it added an extra 2 to my username and created a new account. The old username was uzzo2, the new one is uzzo22. I'd actually like to change the username if it's possible anyway to, [Patrick_Henry].

Changing username will not get you back to the old account nor retrieve any of the information on it for you.
