configuring Intel graphics

Hi, I'm running Lubuntu 13.04 on a dell latitude D530 laptop with Intel graphics and I need to configure it to use the intel graphics and I'v been having troubble finding anything about this subject.

I looked at the specs on the internet, and it is a fairly old computer, that should work well with Lubuntu 12.04 or Xubuntu 12.04.2 LTS. An alternative is LXLE, that promises long time support for a fork of Lubuntu 12.04.

There are issues with old Intel graphics and the newest Ubuntu versions.
