Thank you for your concern.!
It would have been great if you would have compared it with some other multimedia clients. And tell its advantages over others.

I don't think this kind of thing fits in with the Multimedia subforum. You just state an opinion.
What is so fascinating with SPOTIFY is the fact that I can play my SANDISK mp3 recordings.
in the background. Nevertheless SPOTIFY 's layout attracts me. What is so wrong with it ?

I've been a spotify premium customer for a few years now. It's really convenient to be able to access any song any time. However has been expensive. I'm paying for it every month and really mostly only listening to a few hundred songs. It would be much cheaper for me to just download the mp3's and keep them on a usb stick. However the player is quite nice and looks good.
One thing I really don't like. Even though I'm a paying customer they are shoving specific artists down my throat. I am paying so as not to receive adverts, and yet they are just advertising to me in a different way.
I'm a premium user of Spotify and I think it's a fantastic app. Works good on Ubuntu too!
I tried spotify for 30 days free, and every time I created a station, it would keep playing the same stuff over and over. I canceled my membership.
