Ubuntu Themes

Hey guys!

I'm new to Ubuntu and I was wondering if there were any amazing themes to recommend. I'm looking to spice up my desktop a little bit. Also, is it difficult to set a new theme? If it is, please let me know. otherwise, I can probably figure it out myself.
