    I get the same thing!

I first upgrtaded to 13.04 last night then tried Firefox to watch a TV channel online. There was a problem with missing Silverlight cmpt. So I learned that the Linux version is called Moonlight and can be installed on Ubuntu. I even watched this video about instaling it on U on youtube but no matter what I do I get the FORBIDDEN error, It is an APACHE Access Error to any site that has Moonlight download!?
It's funny I could not even get to the Moonlight Mono Support Site? Same error?
I thought it maybe Firefox eror so I used Chrome and then Chromium with the same result:

    403 Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /moonlight on this server.
    Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at www.go-mono.com Port 80

Oh I have not tried to install via Terminal (command line) I'll see?
