    previous purchases is blank

I have found references to this in previous versions of Ubuntu but nothing in 13.04. Basically I go to install my previous purchases and there is nothing there. I am logged into Ubuntu One so that should not be a problem. I can look up one of my purchases directly music tube for instance. It marks it as already purchased next to the item. When I click on it for more information I get the following message "There isn’t a software package called “musictube” in your current software sources."

Any ideas how to fix this?

Make sure that you have enabled all the Ubuntu repositories (except Proposed) and the Partner and other repos in the 3rd Party Software tab.

This did not resolve the issue for me. I checked and I have all sources enabled. Is there some kind of logs or troubleshooting I can do to figure out what the problem is?
