What language did you change it to?

I added 2 languages and clicked on system wide and every menu became in a different language please help me change back to English USA. Is there any shortcut key to open / change language system wide ?
only in the browser i am able to see english.
in all the system window menu the language is different now.
i want to change everything to English please help me.

Your profile says that you have Ubuntu 12.04. Is that correct, and what desktop are you running? Unity, or something else?
