Set maximum files in directory, overwrite with new

Hi, I'm using webcam motion sensing for home security and set it to save shots to a dropbox folder.

However, I do not want to save more than ~30, as my storage would soon be maxed out. I need to limit the number.

Is there a tool I can use to ensure that if there are "31" files in a directory it deletes the oldest automatically?
