    Is there a software which can record both the other person and I using Skype

    Hi, I often use Skype talk with my friend. I would like to record what we speak. Is there a software which do this? Thanks

    There are such software in Windows OS, some sold for $25 about. Is it not legal?

    Yes, it is indeed illegal to record another person without their knowledge or consent.
