13.04 Music Players Not Scanning Entire Collection

Hi there, I've just installed 13.04 and am having problems with getting music players to scan my entire collection. I have about 10,000 tracks but Amarok, Rhythmbox, and Clementine only seem to pick up 64 tracks. The same 64 in each of them.
I have my music in a separate partition shared with my Windows install but haven't experienced this problem with any other OS. I was using Mageia until today and Kubuntu 12.10 before that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
