    13.04 & Firefox

Last week I upgraded to 12.10 and had some minimal problems. This morning, I upgraded to 13.04 and it is turning into a disaster.

When I try and open my browser (Firefox) the screen goes blue or has some strange distorted houndstooth pattern, and I have to shut down the computer and restart.

Any idea what the problem is?

    Thank you.

After two upgrades the .mozilla may be corrupted. You could export your bookmarks and create a new folder. To create a new folder open home, use Ctrl + H to show hidden folders, locate and delete the .mozilla folder, copy-paste and run the following command in the terminal.
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install --reinstall firefox
