Upgradiing from 12.10 desktop to 13.04 server

I want to upgrade from 12.10 desktop to 13.04 server.

I want to do inside the 12.10 desktop that is after booting 12.10 desktop.

What are the steps I have to do ?

Or what are the software I have to use to do the task ?

If you want the GUI and all the desktop applications - I would add the server applications you want to Ubuntu Unity 12.04LTS desktop. I would go with LTS - Long Term Support, for server applications
