I had so much fun playing this when it first came out.

Me too I can't remember what platform I had the originals on but I loved them, Abe was so funny.

It was the original PlayStation I believe.

I actually tried playing it again recently as they had the entire series on sale on Steam but I had issues with the resolution and controller trying to run them through Wine.
A up to date Linux remake will be great.

Haha yes! Making him fart and then hearing him go "hehe" was a constant source of amusement for me, it's the little things that they paid attention to which is why I loved it.
