Password required after lid closure

Every time I open the lid of my laptop (HP G6) Ubuntu requires me to enter my password, how do I disable this?

In System Settings, under Brightness and Lock, does changing the "Lock screen after" setting help?

In that setting there was a check box for "require password when coming off suspend" I unchecked it and that fixed it. What a dumb place to put this control! Any Thanks ubudog your post took me to the fix. Thanks a lot!
