    Wubi in Saucy

    Hello,

To confirm a bug, I need to install Saucy alongside Windows 7. I'm trying this on someone's machine, not my own (because it has been Linux all this time). Since I haven't done this before, I want to clarify if Wubi works with a pendrive or a CD. Do both work?

    I thought wubi was dead.

Though it states unavailable for raring, I would think it applies to saucy as well.

Thanks for pointing that out. I haven't noticed...

Grab a cheap external HDD and make a bootable Ubuntu from that, then you'll be able to take it with you and use it on whatever PC you choose. Works for me!
