how do I access the bios on Acer AXC600 EB19?!?

Looking to install on an Acer mini-tower, the Acer AXC600 EB19.

Problem is, it boots so fast to Win8 that I don't even see any "access BIOS" or bootloader message like we saw on older computers...so how do I fire up a LiveUSB session ? It just jumps FAST to Win8, which is pretty but not of interest?

What key commands am I looking for, so that I can boot from the USB?

    Thanks!

    Update:

    NOTHING...seems to work.

    I've tried:

    F1
    F2
    DEL
    ESC
    F10
    CTRL+ALT+ESC

...but Win8 just pops into desktop within seconds.

What on earth am I supposed to try now?!?

    Update:

It occurs to me that maybe there's an issue with the keyboard: the keyboard is a straight USB cable/plug... might the bootloader/BIOS not recognize signals comming through USB port, early enough to suspend the loading of Win8 and fetch the bootloader screens?!?

Also, I tried F11 and F12....no dice. No 'Buntu.

I know, grasping at straws here...

Some Win8 machines have booting setup so you have to change it INSIDE Win8 in order to then get into the BIOS. You need to look into the documentation that came with your PC to see if that is mentioned.

Also, since this is likely a Win8 problem, you should check out the Win8 forums (eightforums.com) -- to see if they can tell you how to do this.
    Ubuntu 14.04, Mint 17; MS Win 8.1.
