I have to say that after using it for a very short time, I'm very impressed with it. I have not tried Gnome 3 since early last year. It seems very "tight" and responsive for lack of better terms. I added the Frippery Bottom Panel and use the dark theme that comes with it. All is well in the world.
Anyone else using it?

Yep, and I like it a lot. It looks nice, it's fast, and I've found that hitting Super and being able to see all your open windows clearly makes it quicker to switch between windows when there are a lot of them open, compared to a panel or dock. It's been very good for my workflow.
It is also pretty configurable with the tweak tool and available extensions.
