Here's a small background on what I want to accomplish. I want to be able to get into my car, dock my phone and play Pandora for music streaming while in my car. The problem is I'm in Canada so I have to subscribe to a US proxy service in order to get access to Pandora because it's only available to persons with a USA IP address. This works fine on Wi-Fi on my current phone which is a Samsung Galaxy S3 but on this phone I can't seem to change the DNS in the settings for the mobile connection, I can only change it for Wi-Fi. And in order to get Pandora, I need to change the DNS on the device to match the one I get from my US proxy service I pay for.

So my question is if I buy a Nexus 4 and install Ubuntu on it, does anyone know if I'll be able to change the DNS settings for the mobile wireless connection? If so, I'm going to buy this phone. Thanks.
