Hello Local government increases electricity charges so i have to shift to low power computer solution. My requirements are very simple. I currently use my computer to Browse web (Google chrome) including watching online videos (flash) etc Download torrents (ktorrent) And watch movies (vlc player) I have a vga LCD monitor so device with a vga output is a necessity. 2.1 sub woofer need 3.5 mm output And ps/2 keyboard and mouse( i can use ps/2 to usb converter so it won't be a problem) need 1 Ghz processor and 1 GB I'm on a strict budget so device should be less than $80 If you know a device which fulfills above please put the link below Thank-you
You didn't specify what "low power" means to you. I suppose you mean something with "max ... Watt" ...?

I'm pretty sure that board won't be able to handle flash video. Also it only has an HDMI connector for video so you would need some way of converting this into a VGA signal.

Think the only thing that comes close to what you want is Raspberry Pi although it just has 700 MHz ARM11 and 512 MB (shared with GPU) Model B There are some other boards like it with more ram but not for the budget you have.

Does it has 3.5 mm audio output the wiki is not clear about it. http://linux-sunxi.org/Cubieboard/FAQ sorry for asking these questions from you i got registered in cubieboard forum but still didn't send me the activation link.
