How to update tcl/tk to version 8.5a4 properly???
I'm using Ubuntu Dapper. I want to update the tcl/tk to version 8.5a4. The problem is some applications are depeneded on the old version of tcl/tk. What is the proper way of updating tcl/tk? And will I suffer from package dependency problem after the udpating if I want to use synaptic to update other packages??
