Google Chrome: How can I make local/offline backup of saved passwords (login info)

    Dear community,
I'm using Google Chrome 27. How can I get a copy/backup of all the saved passwords (login credentialls, which means usernames and passwords) from Google Chrome?Preferably, I'd like them in a human-readable format. Plain text is fine.

NOTE: Please do not suggest Chrome's Sync (to the cloud) feature. I know about that, but I don't want that.

I don't know what files the passwords are saved to, but the chrome profile is in /home/user/.config/google-chrome.
If that helps out at all.

Don't mind me, I'm only passing through.
