Are they grouped under one single heading or spread over every subject available? It's just not clear where to look for those...

Recurring is in the top of the ubuntu,linux, and os chat subsection in the community discussions section.
Sadly, this isn't something that comes up a lot, as most people can easily find it. So, unfortunately this thread probably won't be moved to recurring.

Once in a blue moon, I'm actually helpful.
Personally, I think "recurring discussions" is silly. "What shall we have for tea tonight?" between husband and wife (or, say, between owl and pussycat) is a recurring discussion but nonetheless one that is entirely valid.
