    SoS After Upgrade to 13.04

    hi everyone
    
    i did have problem in my internet while i was upgrading to 13.04.so after this problem i was not able to turn on my computer.but after googling i did fix my ubuntu,but here s my recent problem
    
    i have a mesage in my ubuntu say: an error occured ,please run package maneger from the right-click menu or apt-get in a terminal to see what is wrang.the error message was :'error.brokencount>0'.this usually means that your installed packages have unmet dependencies
    
    also when i try open ubuntu software center wont star,and also software sources and management service wont star too.
    
    
    also when i write software-center in terminal show me this error message

    Looks like the software center is out. Install synaptic package manager and user it to reinstall the software center, see if that helps. If not, you can use synaptic for package installation until you get the problem fixed.

    Open a terminal and enter:

    sudo apt-get install synaptic

    sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
    If your wondering what these commands do, look here.

    If you get any errors from those commands, please post them.
