this looks like an usb thumb plugged and mounted. If you does not need it, rightclick on that device to unmount it, then you can unplug it.

Indeed a graphics driver problem. Find something called additional hardware or additional drivers (sorry, I'm not on Unity and the names are always slightly different) and find out whether other drivers are available. What kind of video card do you have?

Thanks, not sure could have been usb or driver, updates and unplugged usb and it's working so not sure which one it was but good now.
