Short answer: No.
Long answer: Noooooooooooooo.
Descriptive answer: Computer viruses aren't biological, if the code is not running (and modern viruses won't run on Wine) then it cannot spread of its own accord. It's not like you can use Wine for everything; Wine only runs a small percentage of Windows programs so the chance of even accidentally running a virus in Wine is pretty low, and of course even if you double-click on it it won't run long enough to do anything.
I try to treat the cause, not the symptom. I avoid the terminal in instructions, unless it's easier or necessary. My instructions will work within the Ubuntu system, instead of breaking or subverting it. Those are the three guarantees to the helpee.
