gnome3 panel launchers on 13.04

I had a ton of panel launchers up when i had 12.04, but i upgraded to 13.04 yesterday, and now i cant seem to figure out how to get them back?

I was originally using the gnome shell ext https://extensions.gnome.org/, but the ones i had installed on 12.04, now say outdated on them. I cant seem to find their replacement (if any) in the extensions. Is there another method of doing this now?

witha new release, either the oldish extensions are now builtin the new release, or take care to select the "current" option when sorting the available extensions.

yes but i do not see the newer version of some, for example. The one that allows your task bar launchers to be also put into the top bar
