    Cannot see or access Cd / DVD Drive

    I Cannot see or access Cd / DVD Drive in 12.04. Tried searching for files and folders that I know are on it but no luck.
    I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop
    Need a little help here

    I have tried loading CD's with pictures and DVD movies and nothing will load
