    CFT - 13.05 vUDS - Cloud & Server Track

    Dave Walker Engineering Manager for the Ubuntu Server Team says there will be 2 server and cloud related tracks at eh upcoming virtual UDS which will be run by himself and Antonio Rosales. Walker also asks that those wishing to add a blueprint to these tracks do so first by sending the suggested blueprint information to the Ubuntu Server mailing list; however if you are uncomfortable in bringing up your suggestion on the mailing list you can also email Walker. In this post he also gives example of the form that should be used to start the discussion.

    Mathieu Trudel: Protocol stacks on Ubuntu Touch

    Mathieu Trudel reflects on the work being done for the Ubuntu Touch protocol stacks images. Trudel explains, "One of the aspects of this work is to get to a really good story with protocol stacks in general -- that is to say, bluetooth, WiFi, and the fun things behind connectivity on a mobile device." In this post he explains a little more about the work he is doing in each of these areas.

    Ubuntu Ohio - Burning Circle: Podcast Production Suspension

    Mike Kellat announces the suspension until May 20th of the Burning Circle podcast from the Ubuntu Ohio LoCo Team. Multiple aggravating factors came into play including a member of the production team entering her fourth week in hospital, the presenter being called up for duty as a Precinct Election Official, and to leave time to concentrate on UDS-1305 proceedings.
