Every time my sister tries to update her netbook, it fails. It does, however, give her an error message telling her to report this as a bug, and include certain information. Alas, she's not comfortable with such things and although I'm a Linux geek, I don't use Ubuntu. I presume that there's a Bugzilla for Ubuntu, but I don't know the url, and I don't know, as yet, how to get the important information into the report. If somebody could give me a pointer in the right direction (a HOWTO would be great) I'd greatly appreciate it.
