Share internet over wlan0 from eth0

I saw plenty of this kind of post and guides but I can't manage to share the internet connection from my acer5610z to other devices connected on ad-hoc wireless network..

I was used to do this on both OSx and Win simply, I can't stand the fact that I'm not suceeding here

    Any help?

    I'm using Lubuntu 12,10

Everything's working, both ethernet and wireless networks run, but I can't manage to share the internet connection, any suggestion?

You have tried setting wlan0 to "Shared to other computers" under IPv4 settings?

Yes but I can't use Internet neither on my iPhone or nexus 7 while connected to the new wireless network created

So I tried the dhcp method ( there are plenty of guides over the Internet for that ) but even with this one i failed. I don't get what I'm supposed to do, I searched the web for missing packages ( lubuntu is missing lot of them ) but they seem to be all up to date and working
