So I have never ever ever had satisfying unity performance while using flgrx drivers. Its killing me. There many many articles about installing the drivers and tweaking compiz and amdcccle. I've tried many combinations and permutations. I can't believe I'm the only one that is out there that is frustrated.
So here it is.
Hardware:
3870 APU
(hd 6670)
I'm running 13.04 and have the 13.3 driver installed. Frame rates are good.
Unity is terrible. Resizing windows terrible. Expo is terrible. Scale is terrible. Lagg.
It kills me. I'm dying. Maybe I'm already dead.
Any help would be great.
