    Upgrade failed /boot out of space

    Upgrading from 12.10 to 13.04 stoped because /boot ran out of space. Had too many old kernels that were in there. I cleaned that up and the system thinks its running 13.04, kernel is the new one, packages are up to date.

    But something still thinks the system needs an upgrade because whenever i ssh into it i am presented with:
    Code:
    Welcome to Ubuntu 13.04 (GNU/Linux 3.8.0-19-generic x86_64)

     * Documentation:  https://help.ubuntu.com/

    0 packages can be updated.
    0 updates are security updates.

    New release '13.04' available.
    Run 'do-release-upgrade' to upgrade to it.
    Code:
    do-release-upgrade
    Checking for a new Ubuntu release
    No new release found
    Code:
    root@dalserver:~# uname -a
    Linux dalserver 3.8.0-19-generic #29-Ubuntu SMP Wed Apr 17 18:16:28 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
    root@dalserver:~# lsb_release -a
    No LSB modules are available.
    Distributor ID:	Ubuntu
    Description:	Ubuntu 13.04
    Release:	13.04
    Codename:	raring
    Any ideas?

    Hi 65 mustang.

    I would start checking the sources. Could you post the result of this command?
    Code:
    find /etc/apt  -name '*.list' -exec bash -c 'echo -e "\n$1\n"; cat -n "$1"' _ '{}' \;
    Regards.

    Thanks. They look OK.

    What happens when you update and upgrade?
