    replace 12.10 with 13.04

hi guys, i have two questions
    1) i have 12.10 dual booted with win 7, i want to erase the 12.10 and install 13.04, what is the best way to do that?
    2) i downloaded the beta version 5 days ago (the daily builds) , should i download the final version or use the beta version and update?

You can use you beta cd and just upgrade to final or you can burn a final release. You end up with the same thing in the end.

You could also just upgrade your 12.10

You can try an upgrade or install 13.04 on the same disc space as 12.10. I would down load the final release for future use because there were updates in the final days . Though I beta tested I did install the final, but it really wasn't necessary

If you boot the 13.04 beta CD, run the installer and choose the Upgrade option, it will actually do a fresh install of 13.04 (beta). It will reinstall your current software from the repositories and keep your home folder and settings.

Of course, just tick the box in the installer to download updates, and you will end off with the final release version.
