    Latest Ubuntu

How does some people get to use the Ubuntu 13.04 already? I noticed some already using it even it's not on the download page. Is it already out so I can download it now?

Is that version considered stable now? Since I noticed that it's like 12.04 but just 13.04 so I thought maybe that's the new stable version.

    13.04 is stable now
there is a kernel bug so i recommend using the mainline kernel if you use a nvidia gpu or have a issue booting once and a while

Also I' am out of blank DVD disks but I have a 32GB USB flash drive but I don't know how to use it so I can boot it up with it since when I tried it never booted from the USB. I did set the bios to boot from USB HDD so it should work.
